It makes no sense to quarrel with those who used mini. I do not have any arguments that large cars are more profitable.
Already been known for years that it is better than a great ride kiddies car, if you do not have to maintain such an expensive car. Small cars have plenty of advantages, especially in congested urban centers. Those who used Mini cars everywhere they could find a parking place. Always somewhere you can squeeze. A big car? There is no such possibility. Therefore, people who used mini in this case, always have been, are and will be a much better position. At peak hours there is simply no parking spaces, and to find any, so we do not have great luck, which just half the city or ride, or wait indefinitely. In contrast to those who used mini. Small car always fit somewhere between the large cars, find a little corner where they will be able to calmly wait for the return of its owner. Large cars is difficult for such comfort. Perhaps it is bigger, more comfortable, but certainly not more practical.

The car was introduced in September 1968. Power assisted steering and leather upholstery were standard on the 2.8 L ‘De Luxe’ and 4.2 L models and air conditioning was offered as an optional extra on the 4.2 L. Daimler versions were launched in October 1969, in a series of television advertisements featuring Sir William. In these spots, he referred to the car as “the finest Jaguar ever”. In 1972 the option of a long wheel base version, providing a modest increase in leg room for passengers in the back, became available. The used Jaguar XJ12 version, featuring simplified grill treatment, and powered by a 5.3 L V12 engine (coupled to a Borg Warner Model 12), was launched, also in 1972: 3,235 of these first generation XJ12s were built. Again, an upmarket version, this time called the Daimler Double-Six, was available, reviving the Daimler model name of 1926-1938.

How to sell used cars?

As we all know very well the sales of new cars is going down and down these months. Such situation is of course caused by the economy crisis. But how is the used cars market doing? Is it going to benefit now where the rest of the car industry (producers especially) is undergoing a major collapse? I guess the answer would be yes. The price reductions and the promotions will never be as attractive as the prize of a used car, even if it’s only one year old, yet still much better equipped that the promotional version. And here comes the question: how often do you change your car and what do you do to get rid of the old one? Do you sell it on a website or try to advertise it in a local press at the lowest possible cost? Or maybe you just park it on the street with the price displayed behind its front window? What is the best source to sell and buy used cars without being cheated on? Or shall I say it – what is the most credible source? Now car purchasing has become fun again which can’t be said of car selling.

It seems that there is quite a bit of online and offline advertising being undertaken by certain van manufacturers and commercial vehicle outlets. I counted at least three different promotions via the radio this morning from the likes of Renault, Peugeot and Mercedes. They all highlighted that eve with the current credit crunch people should not “worry” as they have exclusive and unbeatable offerings currently available. I suppose when we are in a situation like we are, there needs to be some kind of rapport between businesses and customers. Maybe then, with all these van offers on show, the customer will have more of a bargaining power with each dealership as van sales are currently much harder to come by. Maybe that salesman will be easier to work with and that costs could be further reduced? You would think that this would be the case as it seems long gone are the days where not only used vans, but most vehicles were in total demand by the public.

Used BMW 8 Series

This is one of those BMW models that is said to be good enough, but launched at not wrong time. The Used BMW 8 series seems to have more enthusiasts now than it had at the time when it was introduced to the car market. What are its characteristics? Well, a 5.0 litre V12 engine delivering a horsepower of 155 with automatic or manual transmission was quite outstanding during the early 1990’s. The acceleration from zero to 100 km/h takes a respectable 7.5 seconds. As for a used car, this BMW has quite advanced electronics and quiet cruising abilities.
